To answer your question, by the time a nearby whale's "jizz" makes it into your area of the beach, it has completely dissociated into ocean water. In other words, what was originally "jizz" is now effectively a part of the ocean water. I'd honestly be more worried about all the other crap in the ocean.

and no, you don't fail. I'm willing to bet most of the people watching this news clip hadn't even heard of ppm before. It easily misleads people to think exactly what you thought earlier.
