Disconnect your internet connection from the PS3 if you're planning on using offline play. The GT servers are congested.

I kinda agree with you man. The load times, the bugs, (the game froze up on more than once), and problems with online connectivity are a bit horrendous. Unfortunately for polyphony, their dedication is admirable, but a little to late. Better driving games have come along since gt4 was released. I have both the ps3 & xbox360 systems and I think that forza3 is better than gt5 at this time. Heck, even the new nfs game is better right now than gt5.

I see there is already 2 updates to be released.
The first on the 27/11/10 to improve online performance.
and the 2nd on 1/12/10 to improve general gameplay.

Yeah Forza is deff better. Its almost like playing gt4 with better graphics. Forza you have alot more for tuning and upgrades. I thought for sure that they would change all that to compete with forza.

I guess it is not all that bad. But limitation on the mods still chapps my ass!

I LOVE my GT5, it has been everything i expected it does kinda suck that you cant change the wheels on standard model cars but all my cars are still SPANKED lol. i just beat all of the beginner races last night. The game so far for me, has been everything i wanted!

B-Spec is hella funny. Rookie drivers always drift on corners lol.

Due to a lot of negative reviews I passed on this game last night.

Since I'm behind the times I picked up Gta4, Godfather 2, and IL2-sturmokiv.

I still might cop the prologue but idk.
