Guntersville is beautiful its a HUGE lake which I vacation up to alot.. Found a cheap house but im not sure about the neighbors... I dont think I would get along with them.. :P

It has a 2 car garage with a balcony overlooking the lake.. One side of the street is beautiful.. However the other side is lacking haha

that wings gotta add like a zillion horsepower!!!! did you ask the drug dealers next door if they have an accounts with the "better business bureau"? JK. man if its got a twin garage and facing a lake, id go for it! just one thing...check to see if the doors are solid, the locks work, and see if the foundation is cracked. you can go to city hall or off the internet and get the check list to see if the house will pass building codes or not, this will help out lower the price of the house and let the homeowner know your not fuckin' around. goodluck!
