cheers to being single. Relationships are nice, but not when they're what you described. You're still young, now is the time to experience life and go out with a variety of people and enjoy life w/ no regrets and attachments.

But all I would focus on is getting your dog back, the other things aren't worth the hassle and time in court that it'll take. Your dog is something meaningful though, not a material possession that can always be purchased again later on.

Good luck with everything Natalie. The last girl I was with used to like to throw pictures and anything else she could get her hands on at me and eventually I ended it. I was with her for a while and it took some getting used to but I don't regret it. It's been said already but you can contact the local police and get them to escort you through the house so you can do a "walk through" and get everything that is yours. They didn't let me but where I was they were crooked as hell. You do have a legal right to go through the house and get everything, including your dog. As far as the stuff that was broken i couldn't say. Depending on what it was and the value of it will more than likely be how they decide wether or not to say it just break-up bullshit or if it was actually of some value and tell you to take further action. Consultation is free for tons of lawayers so that might be another option you'd want to pursue if things get bad enough. Either way I wish you the best. This shit gets really complicated, really quick sometimes with some people.
