you could try and go lower but prelude price are all over the place right now, especially the SH. i've seen anywhere from 6k to 10k+. according to kelly blue book the car is worth 8k in good condition with the miles stated so he isnt giving anything away. not to mention theres only 292 5th gen preludes SH or base for sale in the US, at least on autotrader.
