              I don't think it's real. Notice how the bottom of her top row of her teeth are under her lower lip?

                Dude, it's fake. Because look at the way the teeth are in that picture...the tops of your bottom teeth are NOT that low...way down where the bottom of your GUMS are supposed to be. And you can see the bottom part of the top teeth there as well....and this is way way way below where they should be. Fake pic. Period.

                  That looks EXACTLY like a dental mirror. They probably just cut/pasted it onto her lip like that. As for the top piercing, it's possible....but this girl doesn't even have her ears pierced. Just saying.
