This is what I did this weekend:

    (FML)

    Long Story Short:

A friend of mine who owns a shop, was having a meet. Well, i decided to strip out my interior, scrub down the floor pan and wash the carpet. did all of that. Then put Susie on the lift, and changed her oil. Then teh last picture is my friend's dog, and his name is Nitrious and he loves my Honda Seat.

and this is the best part of the day. watch for 2:18..

Many of our Accords have this issue. Whatcha got lined up?

One of my Accords has the same problem. Have you isolated and stopped the leak? (Assuming it was caused by a leak.)

I'm just planning on painting the damaged floor over with a rust inhibitor/ tar substance.

          My pictures/photos will return soon...

plasma cut, rivet in new sheet metal. that would be mad weight reduction! you already have the sound deadening gone. i tried dry ice on that shit with a chisel and it didnt come off. lol

Well, we are thinking of what youre doing, but I think I know where the leak is coming from, and its from the top of the windshield.

But I dont know, I want to patch in some fresh metal.

keep us updated i was thinking of cutting it out and welding a plate and call it a day a buddy told me to spread dry ice and let it sit and hit it with a hammer and it will crack. on my car its the padding that looks all rusted if i scrape that old padding off i can still see the chasis and it looks clean. ny thoughts?

That's what I thought, too, at first. I guess I was just thinking optimistically. But if yours looks just like RagingAsian's in his pics above, the rust is actually on the floor pan. Tar doesn't rust.

Wow, rotors caught fire....then spraying them with cold water. Can we say major warpage and cracking?
