Meanwhile, Apple is already tied up in a patent lawsuit with Nokia, claiming Nokia is stealing Apple technology. Nokia says Apple is stealing its technology. Kodak is also suing Apple claiming technology theft.

Basically, Apple's patent lawyers are going to be busy for the next year or so.

I for one am so sick and tired of Steve Jobs pinching one off and buffing out the smell then selling it consumers.

God like the man doesn't have enough to do with his life? Instead of worrying about what architecture is used in what phone why not make your main focus on making your products stand out above the rest of the other phones out there. Htc phones suck donkey dong a friend of mine had one of thier new ones, paid 600ish and it went out in not even 5 months
