      I started it this past Monday so me an you (npor) will be virtually doing it together.

        How about this as a suggestion fellas. For all those using the p90x in order to lose weight, lets start a thread to monitor individual progress, support and maybe even exchange dietary recipes.

          im going to start p90x soon also. i want to get down to 180 (215 now) and then im going to go to the gym and run the treadmill and go do weights and i got a machine at home that u lift weights by doing butterflys, pulling down on a bar while sitting and using your legs to lift weights. hopefully by summer time ill get ripped

            I'd like to point out that there is a P90 and a P90X. P90X is not for beginners! It will kill you if you are out of shape and a beginner!

            I don't really use P90X that often. I try to get 1 hour of walking in everyday and lift some weights later in the night.

              thats why the program was made, because of out of shape people. u only start to get better in shape when u push your limits

                if you want extra results from this DVD, try it with Superpump, you can get it at gnc, give it an hour then start your workout, when i use that stuff i feel like i can continually exercise, you sometimes have to force yourself to stop. it gives you a bit of endurance and energy.

                DON'T DO THIS: mix Superpump with a rockstar or any energy drink, you'll regret it, this girl i know did it and was literally hanging on the wall and doing cartwheels on the ceiling she was so energized. but the rockstar made her crash hard. it can mess with your heart. just take it with juice or water.

                  didnt read any of the thread but....p90x will get you toned but not add muscle. Lift 4 times a week eat 500 calories over maintence and do reps in the 5-8 range. You will build mucsle.

                  Yea I went from being 245 to I just cut to 170. I kept about 95% of my muscle so I feel pretty happy. Im going to bulk starting next august and plan to be 212 by the end of sr year of college.

                      I know people who sware by it.

                      I plan on getting it eventually. I heard these exercises are hard core, enough for you to want to vomit after the workout.

                      I'm down to try it with you though. I need to have my friend burn the discs for me. Gotta be cheap somewhere with all this money I've been dumping in the CB.

                            yea i def think he is strong. I bet he could bench 235-245 which is extremely good for someone who is 176 or any weight. But judging off that pic he is about 25-28%bf. Hey I could be wrong! Just prove it.......

                              i just did the ab and core work out . ive never done an ab work out disz hard. i cant get the rest of the videos and i dont have weights so ill just be using this video and doing pullups and pushups at home .=/
