www.isohunt.com. There are TONS of active torrents for it.

I don't really condone piracy... but it's so freakin pricey for something that I'm not sure I'll stick with. If I end up sticking with it, I'll pay for it. (I do the same with music. I'll pirate your songs, but if I like what I hear, I'll go out and buy authentic copies to support the artist)

if you like p90x, try a crossfit gym, i like it a little better then the dvd workout, plus they have all the equipment and they can tailor any exercise to your ability. and it only gets tougher, i really enjoy it, i saw more results from it then either p90x or just a regular gym. i'm a crossfit addict.
this the gym i go to http://www.crossfitvacaville.com/

this is me on the left doing 260 squats in less than 7 minutes, it seams slow, but trust me its not easy, give it a try sometime.

That's where I was at, about 6' and 230. I'm just under 180 now... but I need to put some muscle on. Being scrawny is no better than being fat!

How did you lose the lbs? I know it was workout and eat healthy but was it more of the diet or more workout?

                  It was fairly simple, actually.

I went for a walk around the park for about 45 minutes a day (fast, to keep my heart rate up for at least 30 minutes... but not running). I drank a gallon of water a day. I avoided sugar as much as possible. I didn't eat huge meals. I swore off fast food. Tried not to eat really fatty foods (I'd choose a chicken breast over a steak, for example). And I didn't eat anything past 9pm (with my usual bedtime being around 11 or 12)

No crazy dieting. No insane workouts. Just stayed consistent with that stuff above. I was buying smaller clothes in 2-3 months. I figure it took 9-12 months for me to get to my lightest (I was near 170 for a while...)

To be completely honest, P90X isn't a good starter exercise program for people wanting to just cut a few lbs. The workout schedule is very involved, much more so than anyone who hasn't been working out at all would want to start with.

I had been working out 6 days a week for wrestling in high school and when I started this program I thought it was pretty involved.

Different people respond differently. For some people, exercise is enough and for others diet is the key. Start with both and get to the point you are happy with your weight and fitness level and back off until you start to see yourself loosing ground. At that point, you know where you need to be in terms of both exercise and diet.

If it were me, and I wanted to cut a little weight I'd drink water instead of sodas, hit up the treadmill, and eat three healthy meals a day.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I want to give it a shot, but I don't know if I'll be able to do what is necessary... which is why I didn't want to pay for it.

i did p90x and was in no condition to be going balls out on such a program but i did it anyways and pushed my way through the whole thing. Works very well if you eat clean and push yourself to do a little more every time you work out. Remember you dont need to complete each exercise to the extent that they do on the dvd's thats what the pause button and FF button are for. just do it to the best of your ability and youll be amazed how fast your strength increases. Im pretty much ripped up like rambo now...

I want to lose about 10-15# and build endurance.... I'm about where I want to be strength wise (225x5 bench, 315x5 squat, 350x5 DL), but I have no kind of endurance and some slight pudge. Since 2007 I've gone from 160# up to 200#, back down to 180 and now I'm hovering at 190. Is there a simple non P90X program that will help me burn fat and build endurance without losing too much strength?

My diet is about 50% protein (1 casein and 1 whey shake and assorted meats no homo).

I overheard a conversation today about how p90x really worked.... Well no shit work out for 90 straight days and eat right how would it not... Ive never seen the videos but don't really believe the hype... But I guess if it helps people follow a program it works in that sense.

itll probably take me a week or so to download all the videos
