    well, what i like to do is mainly stay active. Instead of relying on the vids, i prefer having a regular routine that i can consistently complete weekly.
    Mine goes like such:
    Day 1 - Workout(Gym)
    Day 2- Swim, the Ab Ripper X (p90x)
    Day 3 - Workout(Gym)
    Day 4 - Bball or Swim, then if im up to it Ab Ripper X
    Day 5 - Workout(Gym)

    This is my perfect week. Obvs things come up and it goes all whack but i try hard to keep consistent. Dont work the video (do exactly what it says), make the vid WORK FOR YOU!
