sometimes, the bolt patterns can be 4/100 and 4/114.3 and you can obviously switch back and forth, which is nice. these, i can't really tell but i don't think so

dont laugh, thats how a lot of the lighter wheels are the way they are... look at spoon sw388/regamasters in 15 inches... they have holes between the lug holes... and if i remember correctly they never made a sprint hart cp f in 16 inches....Comment

That's true. I thought more on it after I posted, and it's probably true! Many of the fat-spoke light wheels have a lot of material removed from the inside of the spokes as well.
