Tickets>Help?

Well when I had my miata. I got 2 tickets, one for inspection out of date, and the other insurance. I have court next month and id like not to have to pay them...

I have insurance and had insurnace at the time, but for some reason my name isnt on the card. Is it possible that the judge might dismiss the insurnance ticket if I take my policy in and prove that I am insured?

Now for the inspection sticker. I no longer have the car...How do I get out of this one?

Even if you get out of it you'll have to pay court fees.

Maybe you can get out of the insurance by bringing in what you have but I doubt you'll get out of the inspection violation.

Make sure you bring papers that state you were insured on the date you got pulled over. Get something from your insurance company stating that.

For inspection, was it inspected? If it was, get paperwork from the garage you got it inspected, or something from the state saying that it was inspected on that date. If not, you gotta pay that one.
