Giving up getting my H22 for an engagement ring

Well after much thought and lack of proper planning to purchase my motor and all the misc. tools and other equipment and parts I figure I will settle for getting a clutch, rear disc conversion, and upgrading my suspension. Also getting my girls engagement ring. This way I will be able to plan for my swap better.

I still gotta get a cherry picker some more tools and parts base on the sticky for the swap parts and other stuff. I'll he going up to Kearny to pick up the motor from JDM Engine Depot when the time is right.

She better be happy with this and leave me alone for little while. Every time someone gets engaged it "Wheres my ring", "why so & so gotta ring and I don't. So gent for sake of sanity I have to delay yet again

Hell dude, stick it under the hood and have her go outside and check your oil. Leave it on the oil cap or something and then when she sees the bling bling she will go nuts.

Haha, been down this road myself. I was saving for an h22 swap, but then reality kicked in and I realized that the girl I'm with has been by my side for a good while, we've had a great ride, so I put the h22 on hold and spent a little over a grand on a ring, then less than a month later, I got my h22. I just had to prioritize a little better, I guess.

Not bad for a guy on unemployment

                    Random!

But yea I mean be like, instead of buying the engine I wanted I got you this ring. Thats after she finds it on the oil cap. I mean if its bling enough she will be able to see the ring. Im sure your engine bay doesnt look like TypeG's and the excess engine bling will overcome the ring bling.

But, I can let my friends drive my car and not get mad. I'd get pissed if my friends drove my wife.

Smashing the gas is like smashing some gyne, it excites me.

My h22 turns me on, but my wife gets me off...
