Well im going to need another wagon of course. I found a few in FL that I really like. I had just forked out like over $800 for this 5 speed swap and now Im probably not going to be able to use it. I cant seem to ever get in a wreck with some young punk, its always the old people. But oh well. All I know is that its going to be a long hard road ahead dealing with another insurance company once again. I have to call this morning to get a rental car and then bail my car out of the tow yard.

        Try to find a wagon that's already a 5spd!

I appreciate the good looking out. However the one in Charlotte has my old H22a in it and he forgot to mention that its not running and it needs a clutch. I can get that wagon right now for $1000. But me and that H22a parted ways a long time ago and I dont wish to own it again. That motor hated me.

Yes I have noticed that too. But with a closer look in the day light today, the wagon is fixable. The bumper support and cover has been obliterated and the radiator support is pushed back just enough so that its touching the alternator. Its definately going to go on the frame machine. Ill get some pics up here soon.

Yea later on. Im about to call an injury lawyer here in a minute. I got some people telling me I am getting a hefty chunk of change out of this wreck. So hopefully, I will be able to get my wagon fixed, and somehow find an EX 5th gen wagon thats a 5 speed. Then probably just going to use the CB for my weekend car/spare car.

My back and neck is getting worse. Im going to go to the chiropractor if I can.

yeah you can. but I think it depends on the policy of the other dude. if it were like a company car, itll be even more

& if you find on in S.FL you want. let me know. I can get the locals together.

also do that bro. cuz when I went to the hospital they told me I was ok. but I know they were rushing me to make room for more trauma people. & I feel like I still got a messed up back.

Where exactly on her car did you t-bone her?

If it is the front half of the car, then it is her fault.
If it is the back half of the car, then it is your fault.

However, there are many other factors that are involved. If nothing else proves fault, the location of the hit on her car will. And those statements aren't exactly definite. IE. if there is damage along the whole side, then fault is determined in another way.

I've been t-boned twice. Once was my fault, and the other time was the other drivers fault.

Anyways, sorry to hear about the accident. I know how you feel. I smashed the front end of my cb before. I had to replace the hood, grill, headlights, front bumper and one turn signal. I also had the front end straightened out. Good luck with getting the car fixed and I hope you feel better.
