oh and challengers and cudas are basically the same damn car except for the wheelbases
It's not a Cuda front end. The lower valance on a Cuda has partitions, the Challys are solid. The front grill and headlight housing is also a Chally section. The fender reflectors/turn signals have been shaved, as well as the 3 oval shaped air 'vents', but my guess is if it were a Cuda, it was probably wrecked in the front end so they used a Chally clip. The front clip on a Cuda sets in quite a bit further. Also, the rear end on the Cuda has more of a sharp edge near where the spoiler would attach, whereas the Chally has more of a contoured tail.

EDIT: I can't find a good clean shot of a 73 with the lights on the valance. Also, it looks like they covered the stock grill - still, the Cudas have 1 headlight and the CHallys have 2. Needless to say, the car is most likely just thrown together using whatever E body parts they could use, or they wished to make their own version.
