msn messenger help...

anyone know a fix to this:

im trying to add someone to msn...i have their email right..i add them, but it dosnt show up on their end that ive added them...so they try to add me...and it dosnt show on my end that they've added me...

so it wont let me add the contact..

BUT..i try adding a different person and voila...instantly adds them...

anyone know wtf to do here???
