I'm just glad we don't have any laws in place against the modification of exhaust here in VT, although they've been trying to pass legislation, it's happened about a hundred times

Cops who are preparing to be a-holes when pulling over someone for a reason such as this, should also be prepared to present a decibal meter of some kind.

Donut fee is 15 bucks? I've found the easiest way to avoid a no front plate ticket is to leave the dealership plates on the back, leave the registration taped to the window, and tell the cop you just bought the car.
