                              lol, I would have been a good cemeritan and just opened the door threw the keys on the seat and locked it. Granted there keys are locked in the car at least it isnt stolen.

                              Imagine if he saw the under cover cop and walked over and was like " you left the keys on the hood of the bait car i just thought i would put them in good hands "
