failures happen, its what the manufacturer does to rectify the problem that matter.

In this case, Bisimoto acted accordingly:

You also have my commitment that our fabricator will be disciplined properly if this is due to a welding issue. This issue will not occur again.

        To Mike,
That is very low of you, as my sales associates are exactly what their titles imply: sales. If you have any technical questions, they can convey it from our staff engineers or I. Happy holidays.

Whats the bung for 3 inches from the block... I cant imagine a o2 sensor lasting long there.

Seems like there is little material at that weld.. But you don't truly know the owners motor mounts or use of flex pipes etc...

I am no expert but when I was learning to tig I did it without filler... It looked like that. But I assume bisi took car of the issue.

Shit happens... the mark of a good company is what they do when it does. Bisi will do the right thing; he's got too much at stake and is too smart not to.

Did he bother to weld a piece of flex pipe in to prevent that?

apparently the person that did it wasn't human and isn't allowed to have a human error.

i guarantee the problem was rectified.

That is no failure, and there was weld there. These pics look a little photoshopped, I can't really tell. In my opinion the header looks to be cut, there are clear signs of a weld there.
