failures happen, its what the manufacturer does to rectify the problem that matter.

In this case, Bisimoto acted accordingly:

We offer a one year warrantee on defect in workmanship on all of our header units despite being an offroad/high performance piece. Bisimoto Engineering stands behind our products, and you can tell your friend to call in and it will be personally taken care of, even if it means that I replace the header with a brand new unit.

You also have my commitment that our fabricator will be disciplined properly if this is due to a welding issue. This issue will not occur again.

well ive seen a couple of people who havent said a bad thing about the header. Hondafan81 and 92_accorn. both have this header and neither have had problems.

Whats the bung for 3 inches from the block... I cant imagine a o2 sensor lasting long there.


Seems like there is little material at that weld.. But you don't truly know the owners motor mounts or use of flex pipes etc...

I am no expert but when I was learning to tig I did it without filler... It looked like that. But I assume bisi took car of the issue.

apparently the person that did it wasn't human and isn't allowed to have a human error.

That is no failure, and there was weld there. These pics look a little photoshopped, I can't really tell. In my opinion the header looks to be cut, there are clear signs of a weld there.

it doesnt look like they missed it it has been welded maybe just not a good weld but sh*t happend im sure they wouldnt mine fixing ir replacing it
