Projector retrofits
turbo builds
tranny conversions

worst:
bikeracks
stuffed animal hanging from the rear bumper....i hate that
fake fender vents

worst:
- Dying the interior. I just hate dying it, and changing the original color.
Never have done it, but looks lame IMO.
- Hood Standoff : Misalignment sucks!
- If you know me this makes sense: TIGERJAPANESE

best:
-Blizzshade, If pulled off with no roof rack. too much accessorizing in that area is not cool. if fixed these would be great.
-wire tucks and bay shaved. gettin better and better every year.
-not really a mod, but the mods have been taking very good care of the site.
making things a sticky when it should be and whatnot. minimizing beginner questions by at least half I would imagine.

Worst: 'One wiper mod'.

Best: A Genuine Japanese Accord (in virgin condition).

This is in my opinion but,

Worst:
Painting steelies.
Dropping of CB on ebay sleeves.
X2 on the cone crammed into the stock intake piping and being called a proper SRI.

Best:
Dropping said CB7 on decent coilovers, if not springs.
K-series swaps.
Snail fun, with proper tune.

Greatest:
My zing zing spring. If you don't know what I'm talking about search for it. Already got PLENTY of flaming, but it added 30whp for sure

Worst: Body kits that do not flow with the car, Can style mufflers, Aftermarket tail lights other than red/clears, Spray painting any part of the body, Stickers that have nothing to do with anything automotive, Any type of bottle/can that is used as a coolant overflow tank, ebay steering wheels, ebay "JDM" parts, ebay turbo kits made by sketchy chinese companies, etc.

Best: Anything authentic, stock, OEM, clean, unique, etc.

It's not like proper suspension setups or H swaps didn't exist until '09

2009 has seen a rise in retrofits and the introduction of the K-swap (which is still in it's infancy). Everything else mentioned in this thread has been around for years.

Worst mod: Sportmaxx wheels, and rotas. Too overrated imo. Rotas are just knockoffs.

Rota's and sportmaxx are not knock offs. KNOCK OFFS are something that is made and labeled to be sold as the real thing. Such as rota making a slipstream wheel and calls it spoon sw wheels. Thats a knock off. Every wheel maker out there has their own line of wheels. They make what sells.

If you don't like what they sell and want to buy something that is 10x more expensive then what it is. Go right on ahead. I support people who buys rota's and sportmaxx wheels. They're not racing on these wheels. It doesn't matter as long as it looks good. Plus they make pimp ass wheels for 1/3 of the price.

My suspension setup could be considered ghetto... however, I did a lot of research before picking parts... I should have just bought everything new

And I rock the filter on stock piping on every car I own. Lulz @ spending $100 on a damn intake. But w/e nobody else paid for or drives my car, so if they have problems with it they can blow me

ive never seen painted steelies on a cb before so you may be right. but ive seen those on his ride and i loved them. then again, he is a huge wheel whore. his newest set are some legit advans
