He got his a few days ago, and just this morning, his car was broken into and the Ipod was stolen, so i want to help him out, by getting him another one. i think its a bummer that he got his stuff stolen but shit happens.

you know, 1/3 of all cars being broken in, has some sort of computer realted or electronics that were visible? just to let you know.

Sorry to hear about his ipod, hope is able to get another. I agree with wed3k though, putting your electronics in the trunk is the best option. When I used to go to New Orleans and my car was parked in extremely visable areas (N.O. has horrible crime problems anyways) I would remove the radio from the dash and lock it in the trunk. Never had any problems with people breaking in.
