Saw the pre-screening. Just picture Dancing With Wolves + Halo + Matrix Orgy + Duke Nukem + Amazons and you got yourself Avatar. The music and graphics were phenominal. SO much so it takes away from the so-so story lol. Worth a watch

I just saw the full movie in normal 3D tonight.
All I can say is pure epic-ness.
The story, visuals and sounds, It really feels like you are actually there with the characters.
I must say, this is the first movie that I have really just gotten into. Like in some parts I just felt this adrenaline rush and my heart would start beating harder and faster.
If you can go see it in 3D, I say spend the extra couple bucks (it was $2.25 more for me)
and do it. Words do no justice to how awesome this movie was.
I'll probably end up spending another $10.25 just to see it again.Comment

Saw it the other day in 3D. Deff worth the watch. It has a great story line and they left nothing out. You wont leave the movie thinking wtf happens then or next. ITS all there.

Totally agree with you guys. I saw it last night in 3D.
I had my doubts about it being any good, and expected it to be an okay movie and just have a lot of fake stuff in it and some cool CG, but they pulled it off excellently. Obviously it's got a lot of CG in it, but it's flawlessly crafted into the real shots, and the cinematic effects and the visual effects and the character depth were all very impressive. I went in a doubter, and came out a believer. I really liked that movie.
Touche to Avatar. I'm gonna go see it again. To put that in perspective, the last movie I saw more than one time in the theather was Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. And I was like 10 at the time.
Cliffs: Awesome movie. I was duly impressed.
