i love these threads...

I have a lot of plans for my car, and cars in general...I've prob. learned more about cars since I got my Accord than the other 20 years of my life, partly because of all the kooky Accord projects people have going...so I hope one day that I can collaborate with some people and form my company, Flight Tuning...anyway here's what I want to do:

Immediate future:
ICE- Clarion DB245, Power Acoustik FBX 10"+Profile CL800, Audiobahn AT36 tweeters/ Goldwood 6.5" woofers in front+ Sherwood old school 4ch.
Suspension- Better pads, Tein S. Tech springs+ KYB GR2's OR Dropzone collar spring/shock combo, alignment?
Exterior- Bronzish luxury OEMish tint, Mugen or Type-R replica lip, BMW trunklid spoiler

After graduation/employment (hopefully):
Engine- 1g DSM turbo/manifold @ 10psi, Scat H22 crank, custom 9.0:1 rods, Uberdata ECU w/ 7800rpm cutoff, 272 no-overlap cam, stock intake box, random intercooler, 3" exhaust, hopefully 200+WHP
Suspension- GC collar springs @ 350#/in w/Dropzone shocks, Ingalls camber, ST sway bars all around, 1998-2001 Nissan Altima 6-spoke sawblades
Goodies- Junkyard HIDs with Hella projectors, CD wagon black rear leather bench, red Sparco front seats, 5th gen Prelude gauge cluster, all black+red interior, Xenon mild sideskirts, Erebuni rear lip

^^^This is all only if I decide to keep the car after graduation...more than likely I'll get a newer motor (maybe an F23), swap it in, change all the worn out parts and give it to my little brother for his last year of high school, and get something like a 96 Maxima, 98 240SX or a 4-door E36 M3. I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping I get a decent job, in addition to looking like a madman...so those are my plans.

Well after three years..and lots of debating going back and forth on whether to simply get rid of my car...my good side kinda won this one.

So far I have these mods:

-Strut tower bars
-Brembos and Sport Pads (Rotors coming tomorrow followed by pads)
-EX Lip
-Aiwa headunit (I've had it for almost two years)
-Alpine Type-S speakers up front, Kenwoods in the back

The other stuff I plan for.
-New Doors (thats right all 4)
-Looking into rear panels
-Lowering springs with struts
-Rewire the whole stereo for my car
-Maybe a little touch of JDM

My plans are kinda coming along as I think of what the car needs.

-convert to r33 taillights w/fender flares
* if i don't do the conversions, the car WILL BE FOR SALE by the end of spring/early summer

To finish off the CB7 I'll need, Blue Bride Seats , 220 whp N/A h22 , 5-lug w/bigger OEM
brakes, Then I'll feel the car has a total package. I'm definatly going for a fast reliable
car that can manhandle a road course.

Maintenance/Repairs FIRST for my 93 EX 4dr 5spd:

ENGINE:
New Valve Cover + Oil Pan Gaskets
Adjust Valves
93-95 USDM H22a1 Alum. Oil Pan
Koyo OEM Radiator
Timing Belt, Water Pump, Seals, and everything that comes w/ it
Remove ENTIRE A/C system
EGR Port Cleaning and cleaning of other parts
Front Motor Mount

EXTERIOR:
Fix Rust
Minor Body Work
Rear Bumper (Arcadia Green)
Fix Driver's Side Headlight-pushed in from an accident (was from prev. owner)
Driver's Side Fender Liner

SUSPENSION:
Front Sway Bar Bushings and/or End links
Axles
Rotor over Hub conversion
Brembo blanks w/ new pads (probably Brembo)

That's basically what I have planned. I'm really going to try to do all these things myself. I've learned alot from all the researching that I've done on this site!

Exterior:

Fix all rust and finish the frost white paint job
lower it 2.5 inches

New front speakers, alpine most likely

Engine:
h22 swap with turbo and tranny swap...
