      I had glow in the dark wheels on my 240sx my senior year of highschool... '05ish.

      Before that I had them painted with blackboard paint, so I could write on them with chalk.

      You can buy both paints at Lowe's.

      1999 BMW M3
      2001 Honda CR-V SE RT4WD
      2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71
      2015 Suzuki V-Strom 650

            You should paint the inside of your corner lights with that paint.

                    If that doesnt work about about a blacklight? That way you can turn the glow effect off and on at will and its not that bright enough to be obvious. Just a thought. But the wheels look nice gotta keep em clean though. And if they ever hit NYC streets cops will pull you over just to take a look. Like hmm those wheels and just gawk at it .
