yea but out of all the ups packages i have received i never get packages looking like this. apparently there was clear tape already on my amp box on the damanged corner showing it was a quick fix before putting it on.

Flatline: its a Kenwood Class D Mono amp KAC-9104D. How much can you hook it up for? pm me. But I still need to resolve this issue first with hifisoundconnection.

I don't even wanna hook it up to test if it works. by the looks of this, this thing looks like its been banged around from hell and back.

D1sclaimer: they said this was brand new and didnt state it was refurb. either way refurb or not, this package shouldnt have looked liked this before packing.

the amp already has a nice gash that came with it. even the plastic foam wrap that goes over the amp was torn. i expect if they advertise "brand new" then it should look brand new.

HELL NO! I'd bitch! email them and send pics! Don't be too mean. just let them know that you'd expect good service before you score a negative feedback (mention that too) and they will help you as needed. believe it or not most of them care about that feedback.

1) The outside box looks good?
2) Why is there a cushion on the damaged part of the amp box?
3) No Cushion on the good side of the amp box?
4) Damaged styro-foam amp cushion?

Yeah , definitely damaged before shipping.
I would also suspect that was an open box item.

It could have been damaged during shippin. I use to be a package handler for FEDEX and sumtimes we would really fuck some stuff up. In those cases it would just be put into another box and sent on its merry way like anything ever happened......
