Soooo.... I bought a BRAND NEW mono amp for my car. It finally arrived today and it looked like complete shit. They sent me an email to give them 5 star reviews prior to delivery but I decided to hold out until I got the package. Good thing I held out.

I already sent them a nasty email requesting immediate action.

The seller had a 99.3% positive rating.

I havn't opened the box yet, and it already looked like it was opened.

yea when my exhaust came in the box looked like rabbi infested lions attacked the fricking thing pissed me off but the exhaust was okay so i calmed down after that

was the box it was packed in beat up? like did it look like the whole package was dropped/banged or did it look like they put an already damaged box inside the brown box and ship it? looking at the pictures, it appears that the upper left corner of the brown box is chewed up pretty good and could have easily been the shipping company.

yea but out of all the ups packages i have received i never get packages looking like this. apparently there was clear tape already on my amp box on the damanged corner showing it was a quick fix before putting it on.

Flatline: its a Kenwood Class D Mono amp KAC-9104D. How much can you hook it up for? pm me. But I still need to resolve this issue first with hifisoundconnection.

I don't even wanna hook it up to test if it works. by the looks of this, this thing looks like its been banged around from hell and back.

looks to me like that box was damaged before it was even packed up.

not to mention the packing job itself is inadequate. only paper for protection? are you serious. fucking aye.

the box for the amp was pretty beat up
the insides were beat up
there was extra cushion paper on the upper left hand corner between the packaging box and the amp box (where the amp box is mutilated)

the packaging box was very flimsy.

im pretty sure this box was beat to death even before being packed.

look at the cushion paper, on the top right. i bet it was there for a reason. cause the part where theres no cushion on the box looks perfectly fine.
