Got into a wreak with moms car

well as title says i rear ended a person..

i was on the hill of south van dorn and we were slowly moving and i gave it a little to much gas and it the guy and i was like f***** hell no. so i got out made sure he was ok and i check my moms car and its pretty fucked.. then cops showed up and then we exchange info and after we did the guy left and i was like wtf and so the cop escorted him back and lucky we both didn't receive a ticket. but here are 2 picture that i took with my phone

No, Not Really i was thinking it was going to be a war with me and my mom, but it wasnt. she laugh because now she can get her hood and a new bumper replaced. so i guess it was i good thing? but then me and her are like i hope that bitch is totaled and we can get a Honda again. Especially a cb7

when u say the frame is bent do you mean the piece of metal that hold the

hood latch and headlights in. b/c i thought that when the frame is bent they

mean the chassis is bent and won't drive correctly afterward being the need to

total it. the damage here wont really ruin the car structural integrity

those flimsy cars never look right after an accident. No matter how much time you spend on the repair... I just fixed one this week. The side I fixed looked better than the side that wasn't dmamged at all. Crap cars.

It probly won't be totalled, I guess depending on year and mileage. That "frame" you see is just a simple bolt on plastic and metal upper radiator support. It'll need a condensor, radiator, probably a fan assembly, hood, hood hinges, bumper cover, grill, hood latch, and probly a little repair on the upper frame rail ends. Probly not a total loss, but depends on your insurance company.
