main relay for sure....also grab the fuse box for spares. OEM radio if he has it.

Well the thing is that his motor isnt in very good shape it has almost 300k. And my rear panels start to rust and his are rust free so ...

Exactly. Put your motor/transmission into his car. It's easier to swap mechanical components than to properly replace your quarter panels with the panels from his car.
