Anyone order from DDMtuning recently? I just placed an order for an HID kit. Just trying to see how long it will take for them to arrive.

I've ordered from them a couple of times, and it all depends on if they have it in stock or if it's back ordered.

if it's in stock it'll take around a coupe days to a week.

if it's on back order it'll take 2-3 weeks.

Ah, gotcha. I think I may have lucked out! I just received a confirmation e-mail now stating it's been shipped out FedEx ground. Pretty fast, I'll say!

it looks a little whiter, but still bluish. but its more on the white side.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

                    verdict?

Looking to get these soon, I have the mini d2s projectors from "the retrofit soures" probably going with some 5000k 55W, does this sound good? Or maybe 35W? Thanks in advanced

Id go with 35w in low beams if your not beafing up the wiring.

okay cool, yeah that would probably be a pita huh? Or would I just run a harness from DDM? Also what Kelvin rating would be optimal for light output?

3000k for light output. The harness they give you is just an extension to the stock wiring.

3k is yellow. 4300 for light output

I don't like ddms optics for their bulbs. They are never spot on. Even the retrofit source don't like them. The morimoto bulbs or OEM is the way to go for d2s bulbs. I had experoance with it all.

And if your going 55watt do NOT run ddm bulbs. They heat up more than a normal bulb.
