in honest opinion, i think the hardest part of putting any HID kit in a car are the damn bulbs. those buggers NEVER wanna go in lol.

Okay, now these folks are getting on my nerves. I finally received my HID's in the mail today after waiting since February 11th. I had no clue they were even in the mail. I got no email with a tracking number or even a notification telling me it was in the mail. According to their computer system my order is still backordered. What's even better is my wiring harness didn't come. When I called them last week they said they'd have the harness in stock by last Thursday and they'd ship out my entire order together. They need to stock more of their product and get their entire systems shit together. The price, as low as it is, doesn't make the wait and the bullshit worth it.
Now that I have that off my chest... PICS!
Not sure what the rubber boot is for... Anyone know?

well after trying to call since Monday. Nothing. All of a sudden today (exactly 4 weeks from the order date) i get an email saying its been shipped. I got the tracking number and tracked it. UPS does not have any information on it...
So its most likely waiting to get scanned from packaging it.
sucks I had to wait a whole month and more since I havent received it.

If your talking about the rubber boot on the wires, I would say it's to run through a small hole and make it look all nice and neat.
I'm not going to use the boot on the wire myself because I'm doing a wire tuck but I probably would if it wasn't for that fact.Been a long time. Still alive...

wow, i just read this whole thing and it seems like many people are having problems getthing them to their house, and when they do they most likely waited a 2-3 week waiting time til they got there. Im not a man of waiting a month for a simple package, i can deal with it for a while but once it reaches the 3 week point when shipping is supposed to be 1 week or so, but im still considering on buying them or not. input on getting them or not? Seems like a great deal anyways.

I got my wiring harness today. They said it was supposed to be here yesterday but whatever, at least now I have it. I wired them up and they are working flawlessly so far. I ended up using the rubber boot on the wires to hold the bottom half of the plastic bulb shield it came in.
This seems to be a case of wonderful product, shitty business owner/employees.
Let's see how long these last me. Even if they crap out, lifetime warranty!!
