HID kits real cheap

is it really hard to get them to aim right so you are not blinding people, i really dont want to convert to projectors yet, so would use with my stock setup and would go with the 35w and 4k or 5k for my lows, or might go 5k in hi/low setup. Dont really want cops up my ass or people flashing me cuz i am blinding them. Side question where have you guys been hiding ballasts? cuz i want them out of sight, since i will be doing a mild tuck in the summer. but i guess ill just deal with that when i do the tuck, was just wondering where you guys been putting them. Thanks in advance.

usually when you get them there is a shield already on there. then you aim your headlights on a flat surface and point it at a garage of somesort or somewhere leveled.

then you go and aim them up or down from the screw on top of your headlight.

there's really no other way but projectors that won't blind everyone. but aiming them down will help.


the ballast i just tucked away in by the fender's on both sides. but i have slim ballast.

^Trust me it's not just this site. When you offer kits for 25.00 a pop with a lifetime warranty, which in the HID world nobody else offers, you are definitely going to sell more than you can stock. I have ddm slims that I got about two years ago and even then it took me about three weeks to get mine. This was when they cost 49.99 + shipping.
I also definitely suggest using a harness. It's much easier on the wiring and I'd rather have a 20.00 safeguard than an expensive headache.

Yes, a lot of the damage people see to their wiring, when it happens, is because of the 20,000-25,000 volts required to strike the arc in the hid bulb. This is at start-up for anywhere from 5-20 seconds before the current levels off.
