Whats the tipping etiquette for carriage rides? Like if it's $60 for the actual ride, would it be impolite TO tip or NOT to tip? I know not offering at all, is worse than it not even offering but id hate to look like an ass in either situation.
I have no problem tipping and would infact like to give him a tip, but i dont want the ride to be over and i go to give him the tip and he tell me its not necessary and i look like an awkward idiot.
Anybody else ever been in this situation or ever been on a carriage ride? What did you do?
I mean, i know taking care of the horse and carriage and whatnot probably isnt cheap, so i imagine that job doesnt make alot, but i dont want to offend the man either.
