Am I Too Old To Be Driving This Type of Car??

i know its a month old thread but i was bored and began reading this whole thread and i just want to add my 2 cents.
i have a 93 10th ann and i have owned it since 97. Swapped(Jesus) a H22 in January and love it and going to keep it for as long as can.Im going to try to keep it as stock as possible.I just want to lower it 2inches and that is all.If i get another car it will be a 68-72 chevy nova.

CBs are cool, but I'm a bit beat after this one. I want to have one later for sure, all done up for road racing. But as far as something like a CB (20 years old now!!!!) for a daily driver, hell no. New cars make for such better daily drivers; it's very noticeable... especially if you throw mods into the equation.

I don't know about you, but my CB makes a great daily driver. Cheap, reliable, good on gas, cheap insurance, etc.

The reason you picture that is because that was the style when they were 16. It was big american muscle. It doesnt bother me if somebody thinks im to old. We grew up when the imports were making the scene. Lowering was the thing. 15" wheels were the biggest you could get.

I'm 31 now and just finished dropping a H22A into my 93 last summer. I am not going to stop until its boosted and the shine blinds me!
And I think if you feel like you have out-grown your car, then maybe you need to step it up a notch, As jhoff_cb7 pointed out, there are cb7s that are absolutely amazing in looks and power.
At the same time I'm sure we'd all love to own a 2010(etc) BMW M5/M6 series, Acura TL, etc. But that's a different game, not the same basket of apples, maybe good, maybe bad. Lets not go there, lets focus on the topic

i see old guys with modded new accords and it suits them fine. the olders ones just dont cut it. maybe as a side project maybe, but not as a DD

these are our generations toys.... just like the muscle car era... at some point older dudes will be the majority of people interested in these cars. im speaking of us in 10-20 years.... i dont understand the whole "im moving on" thing what makes owning an older car a bad thing? i still have my cb7 and my life is on a great path. i agree owning one as a daily as u get older may not be too desirable.... but thats when the cars will get really sick... when people dont have to daily them and treat them as toys...
