The new HDTV/Computer ^_^

My old 1999ish 30 inch tv broke so i couldnt watch tv or play my ps3 no more =[

so i'm browsing craigslist and i find this thing

it's a 22* HDTV with a Built in Computer. pretty bad ass i say. it's got the hdmi imputs rca jacks composites and a vga too i'm like nice..it's got a intel atom processor which isn't toooo bad for a compact ass tv...1 or 2gb ram i belive and 120gb hard drive. and a wireless remote =]

anyones got one? he said there not really selling them in the us too much since his dad works for a company making these in japan or china or w/e he sends him a couple computers every once in a while...

i only paid $240 for it

he said he can get any parts if i need any and he gave me a 90 day guarantee and i know where the guy lives? so lets hope it doesn't lol

wow not bad a 22 inch hd tv run for that price lol. but granted you have netbook parts in there

an atom processer is not really that fast. instruction per clock speed is acually slower than a p4 cerlon.

windows 7 would work beautifly in there get a terrabyte hard drive u got a good media center

yeah i'm probably gonna use it for internet browsing and all that good stuff whenever i get internet hooked up in my house. prob do have netbook parts in there since it's an intel atom proccesor..

he actually wanted $300-$350 but i kinda lowballed him =]

You know you can go to: Start Menu->Settings->Control Panel->System and see what processor and how much ram it has.

yeah it's got 1 gig and it's only got 1 ram slot but i could upgrade that to maybe 2gb and it's got a 2"5 sata hd...which is pretty cool cuz i can upgrade that too.

and i only hooked it up in the kitchen before i put it in my room =]]]
