i probably shouldnt be nit-picking over the details but there really isnt a way to prove its going to be done on 91oct anyway. im not driving out to cali to test the fuel just to prove a point.

its still my opinion though that its pretty silly to use the water/meth on a street driven vehicle. whatever #s this rig puts down will (again IMO) be tainted by the use of that.

its basically the same thing as saying such and such made XXX amount of HP "off nitrous" and XXX "with nitrous".

700whp would warrant more bragging rights if it was done on pure fuel, even if its 120oct.

edit: i used the nitrous analogy because water/meth injection can add over 100whp in certain setups. seeing what this car will do without the water/meth injection would be more impressive.

are you an engineer or even taken the BASICS of engineering classes? if not, then i'm pretty sure bisi has you beat in knowlege of structural integrity and metallurgy. he has a Ph.d. having sutdied various different enginering fields. the software he uses can EASILY tell if it will crack at elevated temperatures or not and i can guarantee that he has done that. also, he uses the best quality stainless steel with very specific sizes and wall thicknesses and designs the manifold with those in mind.

in short, dont be an idiot and call BS on people that do this for a living and do it VERY well.

What is funny to me and I am sure that this is info that some of you may "Already know" as well.. But he is doing a tech article for a magazine. Now these magazines gather up info months before the magazine hits the public. With that being said, why would Bisi already give up all of his info on the car before the magazine comes out?? I know that it is hard for some to understand but it is that way for a reason. Is that to say that he is already driving the car right now? Think about it for a minute.
