I need a good surveillance system

Anybody know of a good cheap set of 2 cameras? There have been some problems in my neighborhood and I wanna be ready. I am probably looking at something I can take with me if I move out so a pc based wireless system would be nice. Anybody got any ideas?

Yea I am looking to get one too. I saw the ones on ebay that are 200 bones but are they any good? I also wanna get an in car camera to record activities while driving.
