My friend sits in jail now for some stupid shit like I mentioned above. He looked at some bitch wrong, she called the po po, and he got arrested for CDV. All shes gotta do is tell the police he tried to hit her and he is done.

Personally I wouldn't have done anything more than wave the car by me or pull off the road, let them pass, and continue on with what I was doing. I try to keep my ass out of trouble though. I've been in jail and given too much of my money to the city. It's kind of pointless in the end because more than likely they'll take the woman's side. It's almost a certainty that they will.

let some dude do that to my woman. he'll be laid out in my yard. here in NC, if a person come into your yard to do harm(physical or emotional), i have my legal right to defend my property and/or persons associated with/on my property. and being that i know the cops in my city, they come right quick to throw that guy in jail.
