That isn't the worst. For it's body condition, it's priced high. I've seen an unpainted h22 accord with rays rims going for $5,500 on CL

I had sold mine for 4g cash.

I'd wonder more about the H22 build. If it was done by a reputable shop, and I wanted that particular setup... the price is actually worth it.

Figure, $1000 for the H22, $1000+ for the sleeve job, $800 at least for the pistons and rods, plus the labor to put all that in... gaskets, etc...

F&F suspension is worth a chunk as well.

We all know modded cars aren't worth what you put into them... but it would cost far more to pay for all those things on your own car. If it was done well, I'd buy that car, clean up the rice, strip off the goodies, put it back to stock, and sell it for $2000. Then $3000 isn't bad for a partially built H22, F&F suspension, and a bunch of other garbage that can be sold.

" JDM radio block off plate "

Does he really think that is a selling point for the car?

" Yo man i like your car and all but it dosent have a JDM radio block off plate
                so no deal "

It's a JDM excuse for not having a radio.

I've had cars in the past that I would put for sale with an outrageously high price... mainly because I didn't REALLY want to sell... but if someone was willing to pay that price, I'd do it.

to get a usdm block rebuilt and barred out here is quite a bit of money.

im talking a quality rebuild, not build in my own basement.
