Car Names

The bonds between man and machine are unexplainable and not easily broken. We all put a lot of work into our cars and depending on the history of the car, it may be as familiar as a family member. We've probably referred to our cars at one point or another as a "she" or "her".

Similar to the concept from the movie "Gone In 60 Seconds", what name have you given your car(s) if you have given your car a name? If you haven't would you consider it?

I think its funny, we(guys) call our cars girls or "her" or female names, for the most part. Ive seen girls refer to their cars as "him" or "he" and give it a guys name.

I've always called my cb Honda. Even my friends call her Honda like it really is her name lol. Other than this car I haven't really named any of them. I know there's more than a few members on here that have named their cars though.

My accord goes by Mitsuki. It can mean six different things depending on the kanji used so if you want to know what it means go wiki it.

She's usually referred to as "the coupe" but officially her name is Uzume since the n2o went in.

Uzume is the Japanese goddess of laughter.
