How do you take your steak?

Wow, as long as it's tender, I'm good! I can appreciate a fine cut of beef cooked anywhere from just hot and leaking the old life claret, to a deliciously blackened charred pile of deliciousness. I think some good crispy charred beef fat off the grill is one of the best flavors of life.

But it's gotta be tender. Tough steak is a fail.

I take medium rare on most steak houses I go to, but if its a cheap place I'll go medium.

I dont take steak, i give it out. Preferrably in the vag, too. Maybe the occassional booty hole.



Medium-well for me. When i was a kid, i was all "oh no, uncooked meat!" but as ive gotten older ive come to appreciate it.

I like a hot, pink center.

I found that that a steak cooked medium has a better flavor and tenderness to it. I feel it its too rare it's almost chewy and I can't enjoy it, the flavor also isn't there.

rare to med-rare for me. Better flavors,better texture and more nutients than a piece of shoe leather people call well done. It also doesn't take 15 minutes to cook, which is good when I'm starving.

Medium Rare for me.

I love when it is just starting to burn on the outside but packed with juice and flavor on the inside.

Steak is great. Ive come to appreciate it as ive gotten older.
