Lust? Love?

The dictionary definitions are obvious. I don't want to drag religion into this.

Where do you find your self caught in lust? Love? Can you love some one to a point to be lustful?

Say I love my girlfriend to a point, where I want to make her feel physically incredible. Definition of Lust (partly) is the desire for physical satisfaction. Would that fall into lust?

I don't feel I lust after her. I love her in a way where I want to please her.

Lust is purely physical, and the desire for personal satisfaction. You've already stated that you want to make HER feel incredible... which is a desire for HER satisfaction. I believe that goes beyond lust.

I've never fallen victim to lust. I've wasted too much of my life on love. I'm done with both

Love = with her now, set to get married in about 7 months.

i was gonna say that too but being whipped is when your going out of your way on her demand without anything in return.

But if shes giving you what you want why not give her the same thing but on a mutual level. Nothing worse than when a chick got a battery in another dudes back whos to stupid to figure it out.

It's possible to have lust for your lover.

There is a difference from seeing someone you find attractive on the streets, vs seeing your attractive lover.

Me too, like the moron yesterday in the bank drive through who sat in front of me for 15 minutes talking on his blue tooth headset before noticing his transaction was complete (canister dropped down from the tube thing), and THEN TALKED FOR ANOTHER FIVE MINTUES BEFORE LEAVING! The worse part? He had a Jesus fish on his car.

I almost got out of my car and handed the damned canister to him...
