Not gonna try to start a army/navy/(insert service here) battle, but the Air Force tends to take care of it's people a little better. My wife is in the Army and while she scoffs at the idea that the Air Force is better she does acknowledge that it does seem more organized. Completely up to you my friend, but don't go Army just because it seems like the 'manly' thing to do. And I agree 100% with the above statements, talk to soldiers, airmen, seamen in the field and get their take!
Good luck in your decision!Fix your Computer!

And make this your absolute last, ditch effort. I know times are tough, but so is the military. You have to learn how to do push-ups and sit-ups THEIR way, depending on your field, you may get sent to certain bases and some are alot harder on you than others. Fort Sill for example; one of the hardest in the country. If you're fit and can run really fast and have good stamina and dont mind getting yelled out or shot at, go for it.

My father was in the Army and he told me that if he could go back and choose again he would have joined the Air Force.
Not only is it more organized, but to me it seems that you have better job options with the experience that you get, NASA, Pilot etc.
Plus it seems like the safest out of all the other military options IMO

I too was going to join. I still think about it now and then. I now live blocks away from the east coast base. I get to watch them everday, and see a lot of departures and arrivals of the different vehicles. The other day I....., oh ...wait, I live in Canada, skip that.
(joke = yes) But best of luck if you do go, it obviously works well for a lot of people.

My family is struggling right now. My brother was about to lose his job but instead got to keep it as long as he moved to Texas. He moved to Texas with the company saying he would get a pay raise. Instead he ended up taking a cut in pay. My dad had some stuff happen and now is working for about a third of what he was making before and my mom has to work now because of the cut in pay he had to take. Together they don't make as much as much as he used to by himself. Me and my ex split up and I had to move to Florida and haven't been able to find work for a while. It's just been ruff times for a while now. My parents are having to help my brother out when they are barely making it payday to payday. Also they have me as an extra mouth to feed and I don't have a paycheck comming in. I wasn't looking forward to joining the military before but was going to do it. Now it's more of a "have to" thing.
