Alot of people copy and save a pre-existing cb pixel car, and use that as a base for a new one, one program I know of that some people use is Microsoft Paint.

I used MS paint to make that tune. The only parts I actually made were the rear bumper, the visor, the flushmount and the base itself. The front bumper was off a pre-existing R33 pixel car and the sideskirt was off an M3.
