What happened to the "newcomer" status?

I just noticed that there is no longer a "newcomer" status. I think that every newly registered member must wear the badge.....just my opinion

I agree, it is important for users to know the experience, or forum time, especially when it comes to classifieds, I often glance at the time on the forum, therefore knowing that hes legit and known, or perhaps someone who wants to haggle someones money. Thanks steve!

sorry, just checked - there's no way to allow for custom user titles at a certain post count... that was only a feature of vb2...

once you've hit the 100 post mark, the status will change. bradvb, although you may have been here for almost a year - your post count reflects your participation. what if someone registered a year ago, but has only visited and posted on the forum once or twice within that year? that's why we do it.
