My downstairs neighbors were kind of tough to deal with. One of them used to have these really loud parties super late like every 3 months. I told him to chill out with that shit, and he moved out maybe 4 months later

I think our upstairs neighbors hate us though. Our dog barks pretty loud, and I am pretty loud + animated in the apt myself.

If they gave a fuck they wouldn't be causing problems in the first place.

Even if they move, a new group just like them is going to come right in.

Cheap rent= young people with a little extra money to party.

Its how it goes in college areas. Only way to fix it, is to move slightly out of the college area.

Yup, we live right by the university and at times it really sucks. When our lease is up in 3 months we're moving a few exits north well away from all the drama. Plus for the same price I get a garage

you need to get a clothes iron, walk into their apartment when theyre all there and plug it in. wait til it heats up and dont say anything to them, just calmly shush them if they talk. once its hot pick it up and start punching the shit out of it screaming then throw it at their stereo and storm out. thatll psyche them out. itll make their apt smell like burning fist too.

or just go up to them and tell them how it is, tell them they need to chill the fuck out or youre calling the cops.
