You can't put a pic in your sig that's on your hard drive. You need to upload it to another source first, then link to it.
Imagestation works for me Cardomain puts their logo on everything, and I hate that. You can also change the pic from "mypicture.jpg" to "mypicture.txt" and link to it using the IMG tag (IMG placed between <> before he pic URL, and /IMG placed between <> after to close it). Uplode the txt file to Geocities or something and it'll be reliable.

Basically, give this a shot. Take your image and rename it to "mypicture.txt" (minus the "). Create a webpage on www.geocities.com (easy to do). Say you use "accordaffair" for the name. Go to the "upload files" link, and upload "mypicture.txt". Then add this to your sig (with all spaces removed... I have to put the spaces in so you can see it!):
< IMG>www.geocities.com/accordaffair/mypicture.txt< /IMG>
That will be a surefire way to get your sig exactly how you want it.
