So I didnt read through this whole thread.
I saw this movie... HUGE disappointment! It was only an hr and some minutes, it was boring, and IT WAS NOT SCARY!!!!!

I just got done downloading and watching this movie at 1:30 in the AM on my twin size bed, quiet, by myself, in the dark, and on my 15.4 in' laptop screen that was sitting in my lap in hopes to piss in my pants, I didn't; HOWEVER, I am now stoked about every movement and sound that I hear around me. The light that's reflecting off my door knob from my laptop screen is really somehow now freaky as shit and I can't help myself but to look at it every few seconds for reassurance that it IS my door knob.

I would watch this movie again with a friend, just to see their reaction.

I would not tho, watch it again myself. Its just....I dunno, freaky.

I currently need to use the bathroom ( badly ), but I am not stepping a foot off my bed til Morning arrives.

LMAO. I honestly didn't really like the movie. I watched it the other night and was pretty disappointed in it. It seemed like there wasn't enough freaky shit going on and it ended too quick.

well i downloaded the 2007 version, a coworker said he watched it at the theaters and told me that it had a totally different ending from what i described to him. I don't think i will watch it again because i too got an little antzy about going to bed in the dark.

The reason why so many people find this movie scary is because it allows you to use your own imagination and thats what scares most, their minds.

Myself however, find it entertaining but it really wasnt scary because i tend to ver analize movies(i'm a critic) so I normally dont let myself get caught up in the "traps" they place in scary movies.

it wasnt scary at all. my wife is it to all those ghost hunter shows and shit, which is reality. this movie is way over the top.
