Got pulled over

Ok I got pulled over on the highway for merging violently(i spun out on the wet pavement) this cop in a buick honks at me flashes his badge and says pull over... im like "WTF?" so I start to move over and my friend laughs at me 1 car over.. I flip him off cop gets me for that too..... anyway cop says "Where do you live??????!?!!??!!? and im like "Why?" and he says "you know what give me your damn license" so I do and he says "Thats near where I live il be there" gets in his car and pulls off... what should I do???

Im debating telling my mom and he might not come or not telling my mom and he might not come... idk.....

WOW dude, never do that again. an off duty cop wont pull u over in his personal car. if you see no lights dont get pulled over. lol. nothing to worry about . it was just some old guy trying to be a cop

It is a cop cause he lives 4 blocks down from me iv seen him and hes tried to put me in jail 4 fucking times for shit iv never even thought of commiting.

You should always do that, even if there are blue/red strobes on the car trying to pull you over.

you need to contact your police department and tell them that this jack ass has been harassing you and tell them about this incident as well! I would have done that after the 4th time trying to get you locked up for no reason!

I would have called her to warn her then called the police and explained what happened, descibing the guy and the car that they were in.

Man I live in bama too, if you need a hand with anything let me know and ill haul ass that way. I wouldn't worry about it. He has no video proof, wasn't on duty, and let you go at the time of it happening. He wont do anything but maybe threaten you.

I dont think the police can do anything to you. If I remember correctly if an off duty officer or an officer that is out of his or her jurisdiction pulls you over, they can only hold you there until they get backup to arrive. If another officer didnt assist him then I think you should be fine.

I would have asked him to call an on-duty officer, and refused to provide any information. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between an official badge and a fake one... If he's not in a police car, in a police uniform, showing me a police badge... he's just a guy threatening me.
