you will only need a router if you plan on having internet on your pc and ps3 running at the same time.

if you want you can also just buy a cat5 ethernet cable and plug the modem directly to the ps3 . and switch back forth from your pc.

Alright do you know where i can buy one from?

go to best buy or any electronics store, its just basic cables....you could also go online and SEARCH how to do it...should be very easy, and you will learn more that way.

Ok thanks guys really helped out alot, i will hopfully be getting a CAT5 cable soon.

I will say if it worked out or if i have any problums in this thread.
